1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
TridaSkills currently ships across India.
International shipping is not available at this time (update if applicable).
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on selected products.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
TridaSkills is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.
If a package is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
For missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
8. Partial Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability.
You will be informed in advance if partial shipments occur.
9. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered delivered once it is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
Any delivery disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery status update.
