  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

  • TridaSkills currently ships across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time (update if applicable).

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on selected products.

5. Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • TridaSkills is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

  • For missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

8. Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability.

  • You will be informed in advance if partial shipments occur.

9. Delivery Confirmation

  • An order is considered delivered once it is marked as delivered by the courier partner.

  • Any delivery disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery status update.
